Josh Brueckner Retires FaZe Temper In Misfits 16
Josh Brueckner made a powerful comeback at Misfits Boxing 16, securing a second-round TKO victory over FaZe Temper in the main event.
The fight took place at the James L. Knight Center in Miami, marking Brueckner’s return to the ring after an 18-month hiatus following his loss to Salt Papi in January 2023.
With this win, Brueckner advanced to the semifinals of the Misfits Cruiserweight Title Tournament. After the match, he had a tense faceoff with former NFL star Le’Veon Bell, who is also a semifinalist in the tournament.
On the other side, Faze Temper (3-3) on his Instagram page has announced that he will be retiring from boxing to focus on his personal life and family.
In the co-main event, Misfits light heavyweight champion Anthony Taylor defended his title with a dominant second-round TKO over Samuel Ericsson. Taylor stepped in on short notice after KSI withdrew due to injury, marking his first stoppage victory in Misfits.
