KSI vs Slim And Anthony Taylor Is OFF

KSI announced on his Twitter that he has pulled out of his highly anticipated 2v1 fight against Slim Albaher and Anthony Taylor due to an arm injury.

The event, scheduled for August 31 at the 3Arena in Dublin, will still go on, but the main event has yet to be decided. The fight was set to be broadcast exclusively on DAZN.

KSI, with a record of 5-1-1 and 1 no contest, has not fought since his controversial loss to Tommy Fury in October 2023. This arm injury is a significant setback for the internet star, who has been training rigorously for his comeback. Fans were eager to see him in action once again, especially in such an unusual and challenging matchup.

With KSI’s withdrawal, Slim Albaher and Anthony Taylor are also most likely to be removed from the card. This leaves a considerable gap in the lineup, and the event organizers are currently working to determine a new main event that will still draw the crowds and viewers.

It’s worth noting that KSI is also set to fight Amir Khan in the near future in Qatar. This bout was expected to be a significant highlight in his boxing career, but his recent injury could potentially disrupt these plans. The severity of the injury and the recovery timeline will be crucial in determining whether the fight with Khan can proceed as scheduled.

As the situation develops, fans and followers are eagerly awaiting updates on the new main event for the Dublin card and the status of KSI’s future matches. Despite the setback, the crossover boxing community remains hopeful for KSI’s swift recovery and eventual return to the ring.
