Chase DeMoor Accused of Ducking Darren Till After Tate Victory

After scoring the biggest win of his boxing career with a decision victory over Andrew Tate at Misfits Mania in Dubai, Chase DeMoor wasted no time calling out former UFC star Darren Till in the post-fight ring interview.

But what looked like the next massive Misfits showdown has quickly turned into a controversy, with DeMoor now facing criticism for allegedly ducking the fight he once claimed to want.

From Callout to Cold Feet?

Immediately after the Tate fight, DeMoor took the mic and issued a callout to Darren Till, claiming he was ready to take on another elite striker. Within hours, Till publicly accepted, stating he was open, interested, and ready for the challenge.

However, according to sources within the Misfits scene, DeMoor has since turned down multiple offers to make the fight happen, citing low pay as the primary reason. Reports suggest Chase is now more focused on securing a rematch with Andrew Tate, potentially holding out for a bigger payday or a more favorable promotional narrative.

Darren Till: The Boogeyman of Crossover Boxing?

This isn’t the first time Darren Till has been left waiting. Since entering the Misfits space in early 2025, Till has been one of the most active and dangerous competitors, but has also reportedly struggled to lock in big-name opponents.

Among those rumored or confirmed to have declined bouts with Till:

  • Mike Perry – Expressed interest publicly but never signed
  • Nate Diaz – Early talks went nowhere
  • Jake Paul – Mentioned Till as an option but pivoted to other matchups
  • Jorge Masvidal – No movement despite past rivalry

Till’s combination of legitimate striking experience, size, and pressure style makes him a high-risk opponent for anyone in the crossover scene. With his name value still strong and his fight IQ undeniable, many believe he’s becoming the “boogeyman” of the space, the fighter everyone talks about but few actually want to face.

What’s Next?

Darren Till has expressed a desire to fight 3–4 times in 2026, with names like DeMoor, Mike Perry, Nate Diaz, and Jake Paul on his hit list. But until someone steps up, it’s becoming clear that Till might be the most avoided man in influencer boxing today.

If DeMoor doesn’t follow through on his callout, fans may start demanding answers, and pressure will mount for someone in the Misfits roster to finally take the challenge head-on.

Till is ready. Who’s next?
